Effective 26 October 2026

This policy explains what information Super Slog Cricket collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the choices you have. It covers the game at cricketgame.me and the Super Slog Cricket app for Android, listed on Google Play as Super Slog: 3D Cricket Game.

The short version

1. Information we collect

Progress saved on your device

Your game progress and settings (for example skills unlocked, records, your league run, sound and camera choices) are stored in your browser's or the app's local storage. This stays on your device unless you sign in.

Analytics

We use PostHog, an analytics service, to understand how people play and to find bugs. When you play, the game sends:

We do not use session recording, heatmaps or advertising identifiers.

Feedback

After a match you can rate the game and, if you choose, type a comment. The rating and comment are sent with our analytics. Please don't include personal details in your comment.

Your account (optional)

You can sign in to save your progress across devices. Accounts are run on Google Firebase Authentication.

Cloud save

When you are signed in, your game progress, settings, the name you use for online matches and the time of your last save are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, linked to your account.

Online matches with a friend

To play online you enter a name. That name, the room code and your match actions (shots, scores and results) go through our match server to your opponent, who sees your name. The server keeps a short log of match times, room codes, player names and results so we can fix problems.

Notifications (Android app)

If you allow notifications, the app gets a notification token from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging so we can send you game news and reminders. The token identifies the app on your device, not you, and is not linked to your account. You can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings for the app.

Google Play Games (Android app)

The app signs you in to Google Play Games if you use it. Play Games is run by Google under Google's own privacy policy. We only record whether sign-in worked; we don't store your Play Games player ID or gamer name.

What we don't collect

Super Slog Cricket does not ask for or access your contacts, photos, files, camera, microphone, precise location or phone number. On Android, the commentary voice is either pre-recorded or spoken by your phone's own text-to-speech engine on the device.

2. How we use information

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you asked for (your account, cloud save and online matches), our legitimate interest in keeping the game working and improving it (analytics, security and error reports), and your consent where it is required.

3. Who we share it with
