You can delete your Super Slog Cricket account, and the progress saved to it, at any time. You don't need the app installed to do it. Uninstalling the app on its own doesn't delete your account.
Delete it in the game
- Open Super Slog Cricket on your Android phone, or play it in a browser at cricketgame.me.
- On the main menu, tap the account button at the top of the screen. It shows a person icon, labelled Account on larger screens. If it says Sign in, sign in with the same account first.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete to confirm. You may be asked to confirm your Google account again.
Your account and its cloud save are deleted straight away.
Or ask us by email
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Super Slog Cricket account". We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address, name, profile picture link and account ID.
- Your cloud save: game progress, settings and the name you use for online matches.
What is kept, and for how long
- Progress on your device stays there, so you can keep playing as a guest. Clear the site data or uninstall the app to remove it.
- Analytics events and feedback aren't linked to your account and are deleted within 12 months.
- Match server logs (match times, room codes, player names and results) are deleted within 30 days.
- Backups: Google may keep encrypted backup copies for up to about 6 months before they are overwritten.
